Our History:
Established in February of 1952, the Roanoke Toastmasters club has a proud tradition of excellence. Our history is a testament to our quest for ever-improving professionalism in meeting organization and public speaking. The commitment to serve each member individually is the number one priority. We take great pleasure in noticing improvement among members and making positive suggestions to ensure we attain successful and enjoyable meetings.

Our Mission:
The mission of Roanoke Toastmasters is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
We love guests! You will enjoy listening and learning from your very first visit. Guests do not have to speak to the group unless they wish to make a comment, so come join us for our next meeting!
